At Thambi Foundation, we are committed to maintaining the highest levels of transparency and accountability. We deeply value the trust and generosity of all our donors and supporters.

Donations

  • All donations made to Thambi Foundation are used to support our charitable activities and community development programs.
  • As donations are voluntary and non-commercial contributions, we generally do not provide refunds once the payment has been processed.

Refunds in Exceptional Cases

However, if you believe that:

  • You have made a donation in error,
  • You have been charged incorrectly, or
  • There has been any fraudulent transaction,

Please contact us within 7 working days of the donation date. After verifying the details, we may process a refund at our discretion.

Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be sent in writing to our official email ID: thambifoundation@gmail.com.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
  • Any applicable transaction or processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
